Lori is a graduate from the Florida School of Massage and has been practicing as a massage therapist for the past 20 years. She specializes in deep tissue relaxation, hot stone therapy, Thai foot reflexology, and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage.

Lori is a certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga since 1989. She incorporates stretching and breath awareness in her sessions.

Lori is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and is well trained in the mind body connection.
