Mary Kennedy is a graduate of the Florida School of Massage. Her experience is in the application of a variety of manual therapies, including Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Swedish massage techniques. She has also taken advanced classes in Neck Injury and Massage techniques with Dr. Ben Benjamin.

Mary is a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association and the American Massage Therapy Association.

Her background is that she has spent 22 years in medicine, working in x-ray as a Radiologic Technologist, and in cancer care as a Radiation Therapist. She feels comfortable working with clients with many different medical challenges and looks forward to meeting new clients.

She feels blessed to be able to offer personalized massage and continues to study and explore new techniques in order to provide help for clients who have specific needs. She strongly believes in massage therapy for relaxation as well to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Her sports background includes competitive swimming, softball, and martial arts. Outside the office, Mary’s interests include reading, cooking, water sports and working out at the YMCA.
